After a long week at school, I wanted something to make and I couldn't be bothered to add 250g of sugar and all of that measuring, then i remembered that I had a chocolate chip cookie mix - you just add water.
TIP - as soon as they come out don't pick them up straight away, about 5-10 mins before putting them on a plate.
They are amazing! They are really chocolatey I added more chocolate chips to them, They are crunchy but soft and fall to pieces in the middle.
