Happy 50th Blog post!!!
So i have realised that loads of people are starting or have a blog, So i though i would do my tips for starting a blog, Because there are a lot of things to consider and learn and i thought i'd give you a run up of my tips, This is my preference and what i learnt, of course you can do your blog your own way But this is my Tips.
1. Think about what you want you blog to be about, And the content you want to include, This can be produced as a spider diagram, This is what i done and i used - https://bubbl.us/
2. Next think about The design, This is the most important i think because the design is what people look at first, And you want a clear and Catchy look to your blog.
3. Plan our your post, Especially your first post, Plan, produce, Publish. It's better to plan your ideas so you get to the point quicker, I again like to use https://bubbl.us/ or http://notepad.cc/hiodolo7
4. Post at least 2-3 times a week, This helps because when someone comes onto your blog, They might look back and would like to see more posts.
5. The most important one i think is add your personality into it, Your going to be writing it all and looking at it every time, Add personality into it etc Add your favourite colours, Designs, Pictures and so on.
6. If your want to develop your blog a bit more Add different pages onto your blog, you can find a video on youtube I have one on there and it juts shows you how to create different pages onto your blog.
7. If you want to develop your blog even more, Why not try to create a header, It's a bit complicated but it looks amazing once you have finished! And when i finished mine I felt like i have go somewhere on my blog, Instead of having just writing. 8. Have fun! Don't do a post because someone asked for it, If it's not something you would read or enjoy reading it Don't write it! Write something your going to enjoy writing and Reading.
9. Add Pictures and Colour, No one likes a plain blog, When your posting add pictures, This helps a lot! and when your designing your blog Make it colourful.
10. Don't over do it! By this i mean don't add loads of things around your blog, Keep it un cluttered and Spacious, Just add what you need, And make sure it's clear and Able to read.
