What I Am Currently Loving - July 2016

Hello everyone,

I wanted to talk you through some of the things I am currently loving, I like doing these posts when their are different things to tell you about instead of having to do them every month. I have a few random things, beauty and a bit or everything to talk to you about!

Beauty

In the past year or two eyeliner has become an everyday essential for me, I never used to wear this even on special occasions but now I am obsessed! I have been loving the Stila Stay all day waterproof eyeliner, this is only £13 which I think is really good for a high quality eye liner. (link)

When it comes to my foundation I have been switching it up lately but sticking to a few solid ones which are Estee Lauder Double wear, and Kat Von D tattoo foundation. However I have really been enjoying mixing this with Mac Face and body, it darkens up my foundations as I have more of a colour now, but I like the consistency of my foundations when they are mixed as well. Speaking of having more of a colour, I have had to even myself out as I now have a tan line from where I didn't take my watch off! I have been using the Bondi Sands Everyday gradual tanning milk which is amazing, also considering the price as well it's £11.99 and it applies like a dream and you can tell a colour difference overnight! Fashion

I never really tend to have many fashion favourites, but I have been looking around everywhere for the perfect pair of trousers for work! I stumbled on Asos and ordered these high waist trousers in a skinny fit, I am about 5′ 8″  and these are perfect they are long enough to roll without being too short! They fit like a dream, they are only £25 but with my student discount they worked out slightly cheaper. (link)

Lifestyle

I always tend to have more lifestyle favourites but to kick this off I am going to mention two Spotify playlists I am in love with, which are Summer Party (link) and Summer Hits (link)! They are all I am listening to at the moment, they are such summer tunes! Also another playlist is Hot Hits UK (link).

I thought I'd through in some songs that I am also obsessed with:

Aloha - Møme ft Merryn Jeann
Once Dance - Draks
Sex - Cheat codes
Is This Love remix - Bob Marley & The Wailers
I hate you, I love you - Gnash
Turn me on - Cheat codes
When you love someone - James TW

A random favourite I am loving at the moment is sea salt, for example the Sea Salt fudge I got in Weymouth, but yesterday I had a Sea Salt caramel milkshake and it was the best thing i've ever had! I am slightly obsessed with sea salt now especially in sweet things of course!

Their are some Instagram accounts that have all the quotes and they are literally my to a T, well lately this quote/picture has been one of my favourites, it's from 'fallinginsociety' (link)

Last but not least Summer Break is finally back on youtube, it has been one of the best series on youtube to date! This is my favourite episode I would recommend going back to watch all the past seasons they are amazing! (link)

What have you been loving lately?

Favourite Travel photos

Hello everyone,

I wanted to share with you some of my favourite photos that I have taken while visiting places, they range from here in the UK to all the way to America, I love visual posts with a lot of photos and these are my favourite ones that are sentimental and having some meaning behind them, wether this is a memory or something else.

This is when we was in Marmaris Turkey on a boat trip, this is one of my favourite things to do in Turkey as I love swimming and snorkelling in the sea, and the water in this photo looks incredible!

Again another one from Marmaris Turkey, is this waterfall! I love this photo because of the colours and I think it's just a very tranquil photo.

Of course I have to add a photo of when I went to see the New Years Fireworks in London, this was in 2014/2015 and was an amazing experience! It was freezing but it was just beautiful, and was just an amazing way to see in the new year.

One of my favourite places in the UK is Windsor, this is taken from Windsor Castle. This was when I visited the first time with my friend Sasha, it was a lovely day out and the gardens are so picturesque around the castle.

My favourite place in Italy was when we visited Capri, I can't believe how beautiful that place is! Every where you turn it's a perfect photo opportunity, the thing we all loved the most was the flowers especially these ones!

This was on the top of Mt Vesuvius, this was the hardest thing to walk as it was so chalky! However it was so worth the hard work, the views were out standing from the top!

Disney word is so magical in it's self, but this is one of my favourite photos from Disney and of course it had to be of the castle!

The parade at Disney is so overwhelming and beautiful, it feels so magical and this just is one of my favourite photos, it must be the bright colours really standing out!

Miami was one of y favourite places I have ever been to, and this view was just amazing! Looking back at photos makes me question wether I actually stayed here waking up to this view every day, it just seems too beautiful and one word to describe this is 'paradise'.

My favourite albums

Hello everyone,

I am rally enjoying the favourites post lately, as it's different and it just makes me think about my favourites films etc. Today I wanted to talk to you about my favourite albums! Their is a variety here so I hope you enjoy this.

Jess Glynne - I cry when I laugh

This is an album that I can sit and listen to for hours on end, and one that you can listen to over and over and not get bored of any of the songs, because they are all amazing!

The Wanted - The Wanted

This album will have a special place in my heart as The Wanted is who I saw at my very first concert, and it comes to a point where I won't listen to it forever, come back to listen to it and still love  the whole album, and know more or less all the lyrics to all the songs!

Coldplay - Mylo Xyloto

Coldplay are one of my favourite bands, and they always will be. Out of every album they have released this one is by far my favourite, I love every song and this is my go to album when I am looking for more chilled songs.

Ed Sheehan - +

Out of the albums Ed Sheehan has done this one is defiantly my favourite, all the songs bring back memories from when I first brought this album when I was around 12/13, also Ed Sheehan is amazing live, as I saw him live more or less straight after this album was released, so he was only performing all these gone and it was just amazing!

Adele - 21

I have to say thes is my favourite album from Adele, as I am not too keen on 25 and 19 is okay but doesn't beat this one! I love Adele and just love every song on this album.

Rudimental - Home

Love Rudimental so much they are one of the best people I have seen live! This album is very sheer perfection, as it's got more or less every classic and original Rudimental song on it.

Years & Years - Communication

Love this album when I am looking for something chilled and relaxing, they are really good live and just love every song on this album! I do prefer some compared to others, such as King, Shine, Desire and Eyes Shut.

Milky Chance - Sadnecessary

This album reminds me of my holidays last year to Italy and America, as I listened to this album whenever I could and especially travelling to these beautiful countries. This is just such a unique and chilled album, love this a lot! I first found out about Milky Chance when one of my teachers was playing Down by the river!

Mumford & Sons - Bable

Oh my this album will always be one of my top three albums of all time! I first found about this group from my form tutor who was obsessed and played their songs every morning! This album is my favourite of them both, they are so unique and the songs are just amazing. Also you can tell a good album when you practically know all the songs off my heart, and this is one of them for me!

My favourite films

Hello everyone,

As you can tell by the title I want to talk to you about my favourite films, I have to say I am not a massive film lover but I am getting into them more lately, and thought I would share a few of my favourites!

Devil Wears Prada

This is my ultimate favourite film, honestly I have loved it for years and years now and it's always been on the top of my list. I think the reason why this is one of my favourite is because it's based around the fashion industry, and that's what I wanted to do when I was younger, but it also has two of my favourite actresses it Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway.

The Last Song

I can't tell you how much I cried at this film, I watched it again a  few days ago and didn't stop crying. I think this is just so relevant to my life regarding Ronnie's dad, and it's just so heart felt and cute. I think Miley Cyrus plays the part of Ronnie very well, and it definitely suits her to a T! I would definitely give this one a watch, and don't forget the tissues.

The Fault In Our Stars

Three words to describe this film I would say beautiful, meaningful and genuine. I think was was just something brilliant, the meaning behind the story was something that pulled on everyone's heart strings, I know it did mine!

The Notebook

This film had a really nice story behind it which was just different, it was a cute rotation film that was light hearted to watch and genuinely cute! It was definitely a sad one especially when it came to the ending, but it was a gooden!

Despicable Me

The child inside me still loves animated movies, and Despicable Me has to be one of my favourites! I love all me Despicable me/minion films as they are just adorable and cute!

In Time

I have to say I am not a massive action movie fan, but this one I really like! I think t's just different and love the concept of this one. Also another one of my favourite actresses is in it Amanda Seyfried.

The Duff

I watched this one on the plane coming home from Miami, and I really liked it, it's again a light hearted comedy which is based around teenagers, and this is the reason I think I liked it the most, as you could relate to this.

Mamma Mia

I am not a big fan of musicals but I am a fan of romcom's, I have watched this one over and over about 10 times and not got bored of it! I love the music in it as it's not all the same, but it's a great one to watch!

The Proposal

Another one of my favourite actresses Sandra Bullock, I love a lot of films she's in, but The Proposal if one of my favourites, I think the plays the role so well and it's a different film that is just a nice one to watch.

The Blind Side

This is one of the best films I have ever seen, and one of the best films that Sandra Bullock is in! This is a sad film, but it's a heart warming one, it's got an amazing story behind it and it's just one of the best ones I have seen. I have loved this for years now and still to this day think it's one of the best films i've seen, this is also based on a real story which makes this a genuine and raw film.
